Birthday Girl

Sunday was Ava's first birthday extravaganza. I can't tell you all how amazed we are that a year has gone by. Ava has gone from a sleepy little "eggplant" to a walking, talking toddler. We've loved watching her transformation and feel so lucky to have such a delightful daughter, so full of smiles and character. We're also feeling relieved that we made it through our first year as parents - the fevers, bumps, tears & the belly laughs, dancing, smiles....

Here is Ava with here pals Ava Lilyana (the only other Ava we know) and Tyler who all share Carmen as their nanny. All the girls have SO much fun playing together through the week.
