Our little girl is both fiercely independent and in need of Mommy & Daddy close at hand these days. She wants to run off on her own and do everything by herself although safety must be a close lap, an approving glance or a hand to hold nearby. It makes the days all the more rewarding and challenging but it's so much fun to see our little girl growing.


Blackberry smoothy and grilled cheese. The chicken coop is undergoing a transformation (to be revealed at a later date) into a club house. Ava loves to eat her lunch sitting on the benches like the big girl she is.
