We had Grandma and Grandpa in town for a week and Ava was delighted with every minute she got to spend with them. Here we are at the UC Berkeley Botanical Gardens which we’d never been to before. We’re exploring all this cool unfamiliar UCB stuff now that Erik is working there. While they were visiting, Ava was very mindful to “share toys with Grandpa” and thrilled to read with Grandma (even at 6am – sorry guys). And although she keeps saying “I can’t reach them” down in San Diego, they will be back for Olivia’s graduation in just a few weeks, lucky kid.
