It was an all-American weekend for us at the Marin County Fair. The grounds are next to the Marin Civic Center which is a rather spacey late Frank Lloyd Wright design, but an interesting piece of CA history.
Ava had such a wonderful time checking out all the farm animals that she has been reading about in her favorite book. The chickens were particularly intriguing. We keep saying we'll get some to fill our coop in the yard. Perhaps Ava can tend the flock when she's a little bigger.
