Ava made it to the polls as they opened this morning. We waited in line for 45 minutes to cast our votes. Thankfully there are chicken at our local senior center for Ava to watch. She kept telling the rooster not to cry with great concern. It's a great feeling to see your community and be apart of each voting day here. We're keeping our fingers crossed for the returns tonight in hopes that Ava's first president is one we can be proud of. (This one now doesn't count)
