Mama has been back to work full time for about 6 weeks now. Hazel is lucky enough to be staying with Carmen 3 days a week. The nanny share also includes two little girlfriends for Hazel who are nearly the exact same age. Carmen was an amazing nanny for Ava and it's really special to have her back in our daily life giving Hazel the same wonderful care. It makes all the difference when you leave your child for the first time in trusted hands. Hazel just lights up when she hears Carmen's bubbly laughter and they spend loads of time outdoors soaking up the fresh air together. While going back to work life is a big adjustment we're settling into a groove again. Every day is different, every day someone needs something different, there are logistics to remember and schedules to finesse but at the end of the day we're sitting around the table together as a family and we finally feel complete.
